1/ PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT

In the course of its business, MIDIPY SARL, whose registered office is located at 11 rue SAINT AUBIN – 31 000 TOULOUSE, collects and processes information, some of which is referred to as “personal data”. They are kept for the time necessary to process your request.

 

Data collected automatically, such as cookies, are not transferred to third parties or used for purposes other than those detailed on https://www.midipy.fr/politique-cookies/.

 

When you make a purchase on the website, credit card numbers are not recorded by MIDIPY SARL, which has no access to them. All transactions are secured and managed in the environment of MIDIPY SARL’s financial service provider, in accordance with current banking and data regulations. The company MIDIPY SARL undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the information collected by its Internet site https://www.midipy.fr and in particular undertakes to ensure that it is not communicated to unauthorized persons or to persons who do not have a strict need to access it in order to meet the purposes for which it was collected.
