The Gassin placemat in Camel leather brings a touch of elegance to your table and contributes to our experience with catering professionals for over 25 years. Double-thread topstitching ensures a meticulous finish.
It is grained to prevent staining. A damp sponge is the best way to maintain it, even for daily use, as many restaurants do.
Leather placemats are handmade, so we can also produce customized sets.

Here, where manual labor has acquired its letters of nobility, the selection of leathers is carried out according to criteria of quality and longevity. Vegetable tanning allows this leather to take on the patina of time and retain its natural feel.
Using carefully tanned leather, craftsmen cut, assemble and sew leather components by hand.

Product care
Being a natural material, leather requires care to last through time. Here are a few tips to preserve its quality and aesthetic appeal:
Clean your object with a damp sponge and make sure it’s dry before storing (flower side: treated, flesh side: no moisture).
Do not put your product in the dishwasher or soak it in soapy water.
Avoid placing hot cooking tools on your objects
Sets are treated (graining) against stains of various origins (wine, alcohol, sauces, coffee, etc.). Cleaning is done with a sponge and water, and a little liquid soap if necessary.
